The Thouzery family offers bed and breakfast and table d'hôte on their organic farm, located at 860m at the end of a small winding road and surrounded by woods and meadows. Meals are prepared using organic produce from the farm, and served around a long wooden table in the spacious dining room, warmed by a wood fire and the bread oven. Specialities include lamb tajine, aligot (potatoes, cheese and garlic), whole grain fritters, spiced vegetable soup, blueberry crumble. Learn about medicinal plants, which the owners cultivate and gather in the wild and then transform on site (massage oils, balms and elixirs). Help make bread baked in the old wood-fired bread oven.
