Rainbows End Farm is situated in the Parc Regional National de Haute Languedoc in the Haute Minervois where times stands still but just an hour from Mediterranean beaches. Tucked away from the world on a south facing hill all the rooms overlook the terraced organic gardens below. Wide hiking and biking tracks lead up into the tree covered hills. We are happy to cook meals for you using our own produce or those of neighbouring organic farmers. Goats milk cheeses, organically grown Minervois wine, honey from the bees, free range chicken - the region overflows with fresh produce to buy at local farmers markets. The hamlet is supplied with water from the source of the river Vallette which runs off our land.
