Set in an orchard, Yonca Lodge is a family owned pension fronted by a beach. The buildings are based on eco-design principles and constructed of stone and wood. In our restaurant we use produce from our certified organic garden. Bread is baked locally. We offer guests the chance to taste traditional Mediterranean dishes and local specialities cooked in copper pans. All fish is fresh caught locally. Yonca is part of a wider eco-project based in Yaniklar called Pastoral Life, which aims to encourage an organic lifestyle for all residents and visitors. At Pastoral Valley you can take part in workshops, including organic farming, kilim making, pottery and simple wood carving.
