You will find the department of the Haute-Loire in the Auvergne, near Le Puy-en-Velay. This is one of the most authentic and quiet regions in France. Near the village of Rosières, at an altitude of 750m, we have restored an old stone farm in the original style. We receive guests who look for calm holidays in an authentic region, where the air still is clean, where nature is unspoiled, and where you can drink the water from the well. We organise stays for walkers looking for vegetarian or vegan food, organically grown. We offer varied meals from all over the world as well as the regional Auvergne kitchen with the famous Le Puy lentils. And, of course, the delicious French cheeses are always present on our table.
