The riding centre offers a facility for riding holidays, hiking, bird-watching, or just relaxing. Here in Transylvania you can experience a horse-drawn rural society that has scarcely changed in generations. We use the land without chemicals but through natural means from the twenty five horses here on the facility. The village grows all its own food and produce, with some being brought in from the lower elevations - all of which is grown organically with no sprays or pesticides. There are often comments made on the rich flavours of the fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy. Our milk is fresh from the cow, and in the morning bright, richly coloured, fresh eggs will welcome a hearty appetite.
